Dr Ahmed Dadoo

Specialist Dermatologist

Dr Ahmed Dadoo is a medical doctor and specialist dermatologist. He received his medical degree (MBBCh) from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2011. He then interned at Groote Schuur Hospital in Cape Town and later served as a Community Service Medical Officer at Red Cross Children's Hospital. His experience in Paediatrics earned him a Diploma in Child Health from The Colleges of Medicine of South Africa in 2015.

He then dedicated the following seven years to Dermatology. He worked as a Dermatology Medical Officer at Kimberley Hospital in the Northern Cape for three years, followed by a four-year tenure as a Dermatology Registrar at Tygerberg Hospital. During this period, he obtained his Master of Medicine degree in Dermatology from Stellenbosch University, graduating cum laude. He became a College of Dermatologists of South Africa Fellow in June 2023.

With a solid medical, surgical and paediatric dermatology foundation backed by many years of dedicated practice, Dr Dadoo is passionate about fostering the well-being of his patients. His considered approach combines a deep understanding of dermatological science with a personalised touch, ensuring every patient receives the attention and care they deserve. In his spare time, he enjoys drawing, reading and spending quality time with his friends and loved ones.
